hell yea!! … If you dont know about the scholastic book fair, you missed out on life.
This makes me feel old..
Let me start by saying- Homeland is an awesome show! It’s currently one...

I’m just going to be honest here guys. I’m not sure how I felt about this season. There were some really great minor storylines but all the major plot points felt a little over-dramatized and redundant. Here is my personal good, bad and ugly
If you haven’t watched this season stop here:
The Good:
Joan- She grew the hell up! And not in that fake show-y way she would in previous seasons. It was legit and it was awesome. We also saw a new set of insecurities brought up. It was lovely to watch. Also, her Heidi Fleiss scenario was my favorite storyline from this season. How is this the first time that has come up?!
Megan- I think there could of been a lot less of her this season BUT everything they showed was great. It was nice to be pleasantly surprised by who she was. It was also GREAT seeing her parents because without them there wouldn’t of been an inappropriate amount of sex in the air around Sally Draper (seriously, every season I am grossed out by a Sally storyline)
Lane- Poor Lane. Though his suicide was predictable I was definitely captured by his fall from grace. His wife buying a Jaguar?! And then it didn’t start?! I found myself feeling bad that his suicide wasn’t even going well. I’m glad the writers finally spared us seeing him humiliated every week.
Sally- She is everything and I want a spin-off show for her NOW. They adult things she says to that boy on the phone? HILARIOUS!
The Bad:
Don- One of my biggest pet peeves is when a show uses an ENTIRE SEASON as a platform for the next season. We spent 13 episodes watching Don age. After episode 6 I was COMPLETELY OVER poor sad detached Don. We get it- Don doesn’t do happy well. Don feels old and untalented. He needs drama and mucky water. It didn’t take me 13 eps to figure that out.All of the action moved around Don this season and therefore I felt like I didn’t learn anything new. And he made Peggy leave by being an asshole! Don, I will never forgive you.
The Ugly:
Betty- Why do the writers insist on making Betty so evil!? It”s starting to feel like farce. It makes for some great lines but it just doesn’t add value to the show I think. Poor Sally.
Roger- Mushroom’s? Really? I can never tell if Roger is fighting off age or has just accepted it. Also, when did he become such a pushover? EVERYONE shook him down for money this season.A better storyline would of been money woes for him.
I say all of the above to say— I can’t wait for next season!! :)
